Our Brokerage Firm ensures strict compliance with the obligations arising from texts aimed at the protection of personal data, in particular, Law n° 78-87 “Informatique et libertés” brought into compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) by Law n°2018-493 of June 20, 2018 relating to the protection of personal data.

Your data collected when using this site and its functionalities (contact form) is kept for a maximum of three (3) years from the date of collection of the data or the last contact from the prospect. If you are or become a customer of our company, your data will be transferred to our company’s customer file and kept until the end of the applicable statute of limitations, which begins to run on the day the contract is terminated.
Furthermore, in accordance with our legal obligations relating to the fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorism, your data is kept for 5 years after termination of the mandate.

By registering on this list, you are prohibited from being canvassed, except in the case of a pre-existing contractual relationship.
